What HR teams ask us.
Can't find your question? Email us and you'll have an answer within one working day.
Does our organisation need to be a recognised sponsor?
No. Talentix acts as the recognised sponsor with the IND. You don't need to apply for recognition yourself.
Is Talentix Waadi-registered?
Yes. Talentix is registered in the Dutch Business Register as a company that places workers with other organisations (Waadi). You can verify this with the KvK using our number 86240080.
How is the arrangement set up legally?
The professional works with you through a placement as regulated by the Waadi. You decide on the work and manage it day to day. Contract, salary and obligations towards the IND and Tax Administration sit with Talentix.
How is it invoiced?
One invoice a month at an all-in rate: gross salary, employer costs, pension, insurance and our fee. No separate charges for the IND procedure.
Can we hire the employee directly later?
Yes. Conversion terms are agreed up front. If you are not (yet) a recognised sponsor, we help you take that step.
Do you work with candidates already living in the Netherlands?
Yes. When a skilled migrant changes employer, we handle the notification and new application with the IND.
What happens when the assignment ends?
We first look at whether the employee can continue with another client. In every case we make the required notifications and guide the employee according to the rules.
Which roles do you cover?
Software engineers, data engineers, DevOps, cloud and security specialists, from medior to lead.
Does the employee need to speak Dutch?
No. Our professionals work in English; contracts, payslips and support are bilingual.
An IT vacancy you can't fill in the Netherlands?
In a half-hour call we go through the role, the model that fits you and the rate.
